We'll be back!!

Third time and we already booked for next year; relaxation, tranquility, rest, and the treatment from Miguel and Mireia was exceptional, a family business, but with a lot of charm, good people, and super pleasant stays. The motto is 100% true, a rural house for dogs that allows people, everything is clean, they clean the rooms and common areas daily, a pool for doggies, a river on the property itself, a terrace to spend every afternoon and all day if you want, everything is well-maintained, a large garden where they can enjoy everything, it's just arriving there and disconnecting, and the beds…, suuuper comfortable!!! you sleep wonderfully!!!!

Do not go.

Horrible experience. Two of the owner's dogs lunged at mine as soon as we arrived, and it was a miracle they didn't kill her, as stated by the veterinarians who had to perform emergency surgery on her.
The dogs were loose and unsupervised, and the homeowner showed up minutes after everything happened.
Now he hides behind the fact that he is paying the veterinary bills when he knows it is his obligation to do so, either voluntarily or through a complaint; he is not doing anything exceptional, and is he only updating the arrival protocols? Does something like this have to happen for him to take measures? It seems that yes...
In short, I do not recommend it to anyone who truly cares for their animals under any circumstances.

Oscar, lamentamos profundamente lo ocurrido con Leiva. Entendemos vuestro dolor y no vamos a escudarnos en nada.
Tienes razón en que asumir los gastos veterinarios es nuestra responsabilidad. Y así lo hemos hecho — cada factura pagada en minutos de recibirla, sin esperar ningún requerimiento ni denuncia. Canis Girona, Roc Verd Veterinària, medicación, gasolina. Todo. En cada transferencia hemos preguntado por el estado de Leiva. Ocho veces. Sin recibir respuesta.
La cancelación se gestionó a través de Booking.com porque es el único protocolo posible para devolver el importe íntegro. No existía ningún otro motivo.
A lo largo de estos años a nuestros propios perros también les han mordido en otras ocasiones — sabemos exactamente lo que se siente. Por eso desde el primer momento nuestra prioridad fue Leiva, no el negocio.
Esperamos que Leiva esté ya recuperada y bien.

Country house Empordà with pets

Fantastic place to enjoy with your family and/or pet. It is quiet and the surroundings beautiful, also very well located to visit the Empordà area. We will definitely repeat.

Exceptional country house run by beautiful people

The best rural house for pets.The envy of many.Both Miguel and Mireia excellent people.Always watching one to offer you and your dogs the best.Great facilities.Spectacular breakfasts.Absolute cleanliness.We usually go every summer and will not stop going.Thank you for making us feel so good when we go all the dog family.

Ideal to go with our dogs

Great weekend of disconnection from the city enjoying the freedom of having your peke loose and watching it play with the other dogs in the house, we will come back safe!
