Luxury restaurant!!

My opinion is basically based on the restaurant, the boarding house I can not rate but it is interesting for next time.
Impressive the space that this restaurant has, company food distributed in several dining rooms. Good service and friendly staff!! Good and correct food. 15€ menu quite complete.
I'll come another time to try the letter and board.

Run if you can. Terrible service.

Terrible experience at this boarding house. The owners couldn't be more unpleasant. A week later, I am still waiting for them to answer my messages and emails. Small room, full of hair, no hand soap, microscopic TV, shower from the 30s. Not recommended.

Stayed 1 night on 26/12/2025.
Room just comfortable, no bathroom or shower linen, reversible air conditioning that does not heat, a live cockroach found in the morning. Minimum pension

cheap and clean

we stayed in Pension Avenida only for 1 night, the room was OK and very clean, enough space for 2 adults and 2 kids. The bathroom was big and clean.
The only bad point was the stairs to climb to reach the rooms, it was difficult with the kids and the bags, it wasn't the best choice for us but the place is not bad.

Pas d'attention au client

La réception est situé dans le restaurant au rez de chaussé. Il n'y a pas d’ascenseur afin d'accéder au premier. Les chambres sont petites mais correctes avec une terrasse.
Tout c'est compliqué le matin, il n'y avait plus d'eau chaude dans la salle de bain. Aucune excuse, aucun geste commercial, très peu d'explication. Dommage!
