Hotel with a lot of charm.

A beautiful hotel, with a special charm, ideal for relaxing. The staff is very attentive and pleasant. We will return without a doubt.

Very unprofessional

A year ago we were and it was all great, this year in January we booked to repeat the experience improving to the real room and it has been a real disaster. 3 days after going we ask (us) and they tell us that they do not have the reservation. They offer us x 100e minus 3 room changes in 4 nights, ideal for the relaxation we were looking for...what would have happened if it was the other way around and are we the ones who canceled? Always complaining about the client and now? They are the busy hotel and we do not have a holiday... that does offer us a free night once we have said not to go, I don't know when... as if we are going... anyway...

Gracias por el comentario, pero como bien sabes la reserva NO tenia numero de confirmación, por eso no nos aparecía en nuestro sistema, errores pueden tener todos, le dimos la mejor solución que pudimos, que crees que a nosotros no nos sabe mal? al menos le buscamos una solución a la estancia sin tener numero de confirmación , no esperábamos este comentario de su parte.
Lo sentimos igualmente pero vemos injusto lo que comenta, ya que nosotros nos debemos a nuestros clientes y hacemos todo lo que esta en nuestras manos para que tengan la mejor estancia posible.
Seguiremos dando el máximo de nosotros!

Relax and Romantic getaway

A rural accommodation to enjoy as a couple especially romantic everything in general is coordinated both restaurant professionals especially Mara and Gema in reception will definitely return we recommend it

Very cosy and charming hotel

We enjoyed the stay at Casa Babel. Excellent food and service. In addition a very good treatment at the Spa. We will come back.

the whole hotel beautiful, spectacular food and impeccable service. super nice and attentive....

We enjoyed 2 nights at the hotel, where we found many original details. Very friendly and attentive all .comfortable bed. restaurant with rich flavors.the breakfast very complete. .we eat 2 times half day menu. all homemade,and delicious desserts.many thanks
