Massages are a scam.

The reception does not meet the standards expected of a 5-star hotel. After notifying them 24 hours in advance, they confused the times for a relaxing massage, the most expensive one they have, and gave us a 20-minute massage that had nothing to do with relaxation, and on top of that, they wanted to charge us the full price. After complaining, they charged us half for a service that I had not booked.

He could use a reform.

Well, the room that touched us, needs it, to start on the mattress, we wake up with back pains, because it is somewhat uncomfortable.
The shower with access too narrow and too small, with slippery floor, which can cause a fall, although you do not have room to fall. The water shooter was jamming. The smell of the room...
Let’s not say in the access for people who are in a wheelchair or who have difficulty walking, as soon as you enter the complex you find stairs and to access the breakfast area the same, because there is no elevator, besides that the steps are very narrow.
Too bad because the hotel and surroundings are great. But with nuances.... They should remedy more in the case of a high-end hotel.

Luxury calm in Xerta.

This is an ideal accommodation for those seeking tranquility, comfort and good gastronomy in a unique setting of the Ebro Lands. We stayed in a garden room, very spacious and comfortable, perfect for disconnecting and enjoying the silence and green areas surrounding the entire enclosure. The gardens are very well maintained and invite you to walk without hurry, with shady corners and an outdoor pool that in summer must be a real luxury. The staff was always exquisite: friendly, close and very professional, conveying that feeling that nothing is a problem and that every detail counts.
Breakfast was fully up to the standard of the establishment, with quality product and options enough to start the day with good energy. Especially noteworthy is the season where they prepare eggs to the customer’s taste — tortillas, fried or scrambled — allowing the experience to be further personalized. In addition, having a fine dining restaurant within the same complex is an added value for any gastronomic getaway.

A luxury hotel near Tortosa.

A luxury hotel, with beautifully finished, clean and spacious rooms, dreamy common spaces (swimming pool, gardens,...), a very authentic and complete breakfast, a great option to go as a couple.
