Very good value for money
Great value for money. And very good care, impeccable and comfortable, good rest equipment. Good Mood. Good access to parking for large car. Variety for breakfast.

Scam
I feel ripped off! I book a room with a hot tub (confirmed by the property by mail) and when I arrive they tell me they are already occupied! If you have a reservation with requested features you do not give that room to the first person who arrives the reservation to the person who requested it!!
We are told that we have a bathtub, the icy room as it does not have the card on it does not work anything in the room, the first moments until the room was heated were horrible, you arrive at night , after leaving work, tired of the trip and expect to find something comforting not a freezer per room!
In the room two heating grids, in the bathroom innesistent heating!
Cleaning glass and mirrors lousy!
When we get to the room we see that at least we have a hot tub (well at least we have a hot tub) when we go to use it SURPRISE DOES NOT WORK, you go down to reception and with incredible cynicism they tell you but the tub does work! What doesn't work is the whirlpool! (Sure ma'am the bathtub has no holes that lose water and from the tap comes water to fill it!) But I don't get paid for that!
The deal was very serious and flat, zero kindness!
Of course I will go back to Zamora but never to this hotel!
The maintenance of the rooms leaves much to be desired!

Difference as abysmal user, change owners and management, according to information....
I must say that I change everything and being a customer.

Very bad.
Very bad!!! We stopped as we went and saved the receptionist who was quite friendly nothing to highlight.... The room reeked of tobacco we had to open wide while we went down to cafeteria .., Let them close at night I understand but that there is no echo touch phone in case something comes up does not seem normal ... we went down to snack at the bar and when we raised the cards it was not going ... thanks to the reception girl was still if we did not sleep in the street ... the horrible mattress!! We did not rest and the next morning impossible to shower (we know how to handle the tap) must be overthreaded and the water was literally scalding... the ceiling of the bathroom with a tremendous stain of humidity.... the breakfast guys updating us on the situation of the new management (should be more cautious...) in short... I would not repeat even crazy!!!! Very better and the night contact thing about way..., I insist..., I understand that they close at night but they have to have a contact for emergencies or a plan B with code system at least so that people do not stay on the street...
