Not to repeat or recommend
The heating has been off all weekend and we have received all kinds of excuses to which more pilgrimage and useless.
When you first enter the rooms they are cold. Frozen radiators. We discussed it at reception and she tells us “amazed” that it is probably because they have been fixing the room and ventilating. We inform you that regardless of whether that is true, the radiators (ancient, iron, those that take time to cool) are cold as ice. It is with great “strangeness” that he tells us that he will investigate it, not to worry.
So, we go out to spend the day outside and we don't care.
On the way back, the room stays the same. Well, maybe not, worse, because it was dark and colder.
The person who is now in reception tells me that “being central heating at that time is already turned off” which A) is not my problem, look for another way that the client does not go cold B) is a lie because we have spent a whole weekend and at NO time the heating has been on, not in the morning, not in the afternoon, not at night. The one in none of the 3 bedrooms.
The solution offered to me that first night is to offer me a hot tea and the remote control of a cold heat pump that, at first, did not work either. So they got me a little electric radiator to palliate the temperature. Both (heat pump control and electric radiator) disappeared from the room the next day without the gas radiators working at any time, as I mentioned.
Gentlemen, you're a scumbag. If you have a problem, be honest, don't lie and make up excuses. And most importantly, find a way to make the customer comfortable, instead of being so irritatingly strict with the schedules, that at 13.50 we were not allowed to check in to ANY because NONE of the rooms were prepared.
Until 14.00 nothing, we were told... well nothing.
A little more honesty and customer pampering, please

CAREFUL IF YOU MAKE A BOOKING ERROR DUE TO THE LOSS OF A FAMILY MEMBER
We didn't realize until we got to the hotel. We live in Malaga and arrived there at around 23:00 at night.
We ran out of room (because the hotel was full too) and had to find our own life.
We request cancellation due to the circumstances (by providing proof of death) and the hotel has refused. A hotel can cancel if it sees fit but they have not done so.
While it is true that we requested the non-refundable reservation (because we needed the room yes or yes at the time) at the reception only repeated that we would not be refunded.
So I leave my testimony to tell you not to be wrong when making the reservation, even if a family member of yours dies and you do not have a good head at that time, because money will be a priority.
And I know the same thing could happen in other hotels and they could work the same way. But since I don't know if in another hotel, in a similar case, they would have made the cancellation, for me it's speculative.
For my part, I will never try to book this hotel again.
