Stop in Zaragoza

We stayed for only one night for a quick visit to Zaragoza, the hotel is a 20-minute walk from the center, it is a bit dated but still very elegant and above all with huge rooms!!!
We booked a family room and ended up with 2 connecting double rooms, 2 bathrooms with double sinks (one of which had a double whirlpool tub), a small living room, and a separate walk-in closet! Private parking at €16 per day, good breakfast. We slept very well on comfortable mattresses and we highly recommend it!

very bad

I am at the hotel and it seems like the worst I have ever stepped foot in, packed with people due to a billiards tournament and only one elevator working, the escalator is not working, the parking lot tells you it's full when I paid for it, and what can I say about the cleanliness, I just arrived and... a glass I used is still dirty, some things I took the tag off of, the tag is still where I left it, I don't understand anything. Well, and the water, a struggle to take a shower, very hot in the lounges....

Stay in August

We spent a couple of nights at the hotel and were very surprised by the location. They offered us a very spacious and very comfortable connecting room for 2 adults and two children. The staff was very attentive. A 10 out of 10 hotel. We will definitely repeat if we return to Zaragoza!

A functional hotel for large groups

This is a hotel with recently remodeled bathrooms, the room does not look like it. Good location and very functional for breakfast even with large groups

Excellent

We stayed in the family room, it is two double rooms connected by a small living room with sofas, TV, minibar... the main room had a huge round bathtub like a whirlpool tub and the bathroom was also large and elegant. A wonderful stay, better than expected, we felt at home and the girls at the front desk were wonderful, very pleasant and polite in their treatment. We will definitely stay here again if we return to Zaragoza.
