Expensive Hostel for Poor Service

I rescue the location of the hostel..As for its facilities and furnishings too old and in bad condition.Missing information regarding shared bathroom .There is a strong smell of tobacco, humidity, confinement. Lack of indoor ventilation. Candle light display does not work.Poor room toilet

Unwelcoming experience

We booked twin beds & were given no option but a queen bed, not good! There was no receptionist, no common room, no customer service. The room was tired, with no air con, no hand soap in the bathroom generally run like an air bnb with no welcoming service provided. We moved out, definitely would not recommend.

Phenomenal to repeat

The hotel is very well located you have everything at hand
Clean hotel and sleeping without any noise
Very attentive and generous reception staff
Zaragoza a very nice city to repeat and the hotel tb
I can't say more because it's all said

Hostal too average

The hospital is very basic, it can do the trick for one night no more. The two positives are the location too close to downtown Zaragoza and the kindness of the staff: although I had a small incident since the person in charge is not always on site so I had to wait 30 minutes at the door to do the check in because it is not on site and I arrived an hour before the scheduled time.
Otherwise the room is too old, too much noise. The room is cold

A scam, the worst place to stay, and they charged us €89 a night

The worst place I have ever slept in my life. It's a scam to pay €89 for a shabby, dirty room and the bathroom is better not to talk about but I'll put it in photos. All night smelling of food. We asked for two pillows and they gave us them without covers because they didn't have any. Plugs, one in the bathroom and another next to the door. The photos shown on the page are a hoax.
