My trip to Zaragoza .

This is the second time I stayed at Silken Reino de Aragon ( 31 May 2026 ). The first time is on May last year . The location is great near shopping center, restaurant, and walking distance to Lady of Pillar Cathedral. Excellent Location. The Room is clean and bright, The Lobby is spacious, clean, and the reception is fast service check in.
Definetely this hotel is excellent

Great location in the city center. Unwarm and impersonal welcome. Housekeeping to be improved in detail

We slept one night at the Silken Reino de Aragón hotel located near Plaza de España de Zaragoza. Receptionist not very warm and the minimum union for information about the hotel and breakfast. Beautiful spacious and modern room just like the bathroom but lacks decoration like a painting or a small bouquet of flowers. Little things damaged with the passage of many tourists as the shower rain sky poorly fixed and a little rusty. Cleaning to improve in the corners behind the toilet and under the basin. It stays clean but not as clean as in small hotels less frequented. We are simply in town. We did not have breakfast. Possibility to park your car at an extra charge in the private parking in the basement.

One star too many

Hotel rated as four stars, which is really three. Poor breakfast; if the food runs out in the middle of breakfast service, they do not replace it. If you ask, the waiter laughs in your face. Terrible service. As I said, it does not deserve the four stars. Photo of the entire breakfast buffet.

Lovely hotel right in the heart of the city, next to sites and restaurants and bars. Parking underground is a bit tight, but easy access to the hotel.
Breakfast could be improved by replenishing items and unfortunately the hot food was cold.
Would stay again.
