Pretty well.

Nice clean modern , with elevator private bathroom , modern and cheerful decorations, rooms are cozy and staff very helpful and attentive state in pleasant atmosphere of the room , well equipped kitchen access with fast Wi-Fi code

Inexpensive for reasons: danger zone, air does not circulate, stairs to the beds upstairs are tremendous.

The area is one of the most dangerous in Zaragoza, but it has a very convenient location. I'm 158cm tall and they gave me a bed upstairs, unfortunately at night trying not to wake the person below me going down the staircase I got hurt on three different occasions, as a short person it was terrible to go down and up, I could have chosen. The area is not safe, but it is quite close to the center and is not expensive. You have your own bed and a curtain for privacy but if you close it there is NO BREATHING, no air circulating and with other people in the room it is difficult. The air doesn't circulate enough, the rooms are clean. You have a space to put your things, but it doesn't lock so anyone in the room could open it and steal, but generally everyone tends to try to mind their own business. Bad client service, once out of the hostel they became extremely cold despite me having a blue finger from a fall down those stairs. I recommend it if you want to spend little, you are men and you just have to sleep.

Location in dangerous area, located in the most problematic neighborhood of Zaragoza.

The hostel is fine, has everything you need, but the area where it is located is terrible. As a woman who has gone alone, it is not a safe area to be, let alone at night.
I would not repeat my stay in this hostel because the security of the area is BAD. Very close to the center, but located in the worst neighborhood and the most dangerous neighborhood of Zaragoza.
It is worth paying a little more to be safer.

My Brief Botanic Stay

It's quite a nice hostel: quiet, clean, and well-decorated. This is the first hostel I've stayed in with motion-activated lights inside the dorm, which was a good feature. Not having the usual in-person reception area was odd, but all online communications were timely and helpful before and during my stay. I will say that the location of this hostel is a reasonable distance from the main attraction points and is quiet; however, at night I didn't feel especially comfortable walking around.

We tried to reserve online, they stole 30€ from us. So we decided to book the night before, we wrongly booked for the night of the day after, but we had already paid everything. When we asked if it was possible to change the date, since we had already paid everything, the woman at reception didn’t help us, didn’t speak english and then she hung up on us, she even replied in a rude and vexed way. She didn’t bothered to care for the costumer as her job would require, she only cared about revenue and not about helping a possible client. In the end we were forced to change our trip’s path since there weren’t other hostels in Zaragoza. Obviously they didn’t even refund the money we paid the night before.
