Good hotel nice and needs us

The hotel deserves to be much better noted we will talk different point first the rooms are suitable with a good size bed and quite nice the room lacks soundproofing and should be renovated although it certainly requires a lot of money after the rooms remain habitable the bathroom and a little old you will have to watch the water pressure 2nd point the spa and very nice and a better point of m hotel very welcoming and nice personal 3rd point the spaces hotel room very beautiful rooms very high and resonant but are super pretty the cafeteria and very nice you will note a hotel with elevators and super pretty stairs the hotel and may be more advise for small durations but go if we will not close a magnificent hotel that needs us money for renovations so if you want who is renovating and signs of wear disappear thanks to the works go if

The hotel and the rooms have zero cleanliness, full of bugs, the meal service is scarce and of poor quality

Lack of cleanliness and maintenance

The hotel is a disaster, although it is beautiful because it is old, it is very poorly maintained and dirty. Cobwebs everywhere, dirt on the heaters, windows, bathrooms. Walls with dampness.... The views from the room, this has never happened to me in my life. A roof half a meter from my face! We went to the thermal area and the professional who assisted us was very kind, this area is fine, at least the part we were able to access

Beautiful place, which has remained stuck in the past century

I thought the spa was somewhat decayed, but the word is outdated. Horrible heat in the rooms and the dining room. The food is like that of a boarding school from 40 years ago and the rooms are neglected. It needs a complete renovation: bathrooms, windows, walls, curtains, chairs, wardrobes, etc.
The staff is very friendly and polite; they do what they can.
I have nothing to say about the spa area. Good facilities and good organization.

Disappointing

Hotel just fair, lack of maintenance leaves much to be desired, mold in the joints of the windows, unpleasant smell in the room, lack of ventilation, a vmc would be WELCOME The bedding is good to change. A hotel that is left in its juices is a shame because it could be beautiful. Pros: Spa and some staff members
