Place with special charm

A charming hotel with wonderful views and well-kept facilities full of tasteful details.
Room 5 is spacious, comfortable with a large bed, a large terrace.Healthy breakfast and dinner and very special attention from its owner and manager, authentic and human.Thank you for attending us

Rude. The owner was very unpleasant and rude. He doesn't take our IDs. The shower was stuck with hair.

He reluctantly gave us the key without telling us the room and closed the hotel entrance door at 11 o'clock at night,
Shower stuck with a bushel of hair.
He didn't take our ID saying he didn't fill in the registration details.
We booked for three nights and when we went to pay he started ranting from the platform.
It left us very bad taste in the mouth of our trip to Navarre.
The other staff of the other accommodations we were all lovely.

A great weekend

Lovely hotel and setting. The rooms are very nice. Very well decorated and very comfortable.
Breakfast a show: freshly squeezed fruit and juice. Freshly toasted bread.
Dinner very rich with vegetables from the garden.
The very friendly owner!!
I felt very sorry to leave and I am looking forward to coming back

Hotel Kuko

The truth generally disappointed us. It doesn't look like a hotel, but a cottage, a little old-fashioned that the rooms are big. Missing room to put the bags.
The mattress in our room had many years of service.
Zozaia has little to do, we chose it because it was close to Elizondo, it is 9KM and the access road is very narrow
The wonderful Baztan Valley.

I put 5 stars because you can't put more.
Super friendly and attentive staff, large and comfortable rooms, rustic atmosphere cared for and beautiful and spectacular breakfast.
You can see the affection that has been put in every detail.
We'll be back for sure!
