Great place to stay.
We had a great nice stay of 2 nights at Kavi and his wife. Friendly people with a big heart. The apartment living room / kitchen, bedroom and shower / toilet is on the ground floor. Fresh, new, modern and spotless. There is an exit to the backyard on the river. Every day we had breakfast and dinner, all very tastefully prepared and also explained with love what it was. Kavi has given great tips what we could do and arranged (almost) everything for us, such as the train to Ella and the Tuktuk towards Bogoda bridge and temple.
