had a lot of fun being here....
Comfortable rooms, lived in the last cottage by the sea. Large pool.
Minor problems were resolved in the shortest possible time. Everything is good.

A lovely post-colonial style hotel located at the right end of Passikuda Beach. Eight free-standing cores
The staff is trained, friendly and not intrusive, communication is in English.
The food is prepared with an understanding of the main trends of oriental cuisine, seafood, chicken, fish with curry or in combination with local snacks, the spiciness of which is quenched with rice cakes or coconut milk, by the end of the stay they become an integral diet... and are remembered long after arrival. Meat is not their thing; apparently, it is not in local traditions to choose the right piece for preparing steaks.
...in the approach you can feel the qualifications of the chef, the variety and quality of the products, their preparation and presentation, I think will satisfy any sufferer, provided he is willing to expand the scope of his taste preferences.
Features: there is only one coastal evening bar outside the hotel; directly on the beach in front of the hotel there is a shallow (up to 1 m) coral reef, you will have to walk to the depth, fortunately the beach is the same, without any fences with neighboring hotels and you can walk (in the evening you need a flashlight) along the entire coast of the bay to the opposite coral reef with picturesque rocks , which can also be reached by local pleasure boats; snorkeling only from April to September, when the water in the bay “rises” like in a lake, becomes transparent and fauna appears; volleyball nets are everywhere, the locals will delight you with their equipment)); alcohol market, market and supermarket 10 min by tuk-tuk, 1200 local rubles; ...and finally, the proximity of Sigiriya (2 hours drive) allows you to visit this place of power during daylight hours))

A few guidelines for the future travelers who look for accommodation at the hotel.
From 08th December 10th December 2022
I was the only guest for the entire hotel..
On my stay, there were only 2 staff members available, one looking after the interior / rooms, restaurant front desk services etc., the other one looking after the outside / garden, swimming pool etc.
and
There was one security guard who worked from 1800 hours to the following day 06.00 hours.
With my experience at Passi Villas, Passikudah, Sri Lanka I would like to write a few guidelines for the future travellers who look for accommodation at the hotel.
1.clarify what is included in your package before you accept the offer.
2 check if the resident manager or front desk service is available.
3 check the swimming pool is ready to use for the guests.
4 check if the hotel kitchen is functioning for hot cooking meals or you will be offered packed dinner from outside..
5 check if your preferred beverages are available at the hotel or you need to bring your own from outside.
6 if the hotel fails to give agreed service, are they still going to charge the full amount as per the offer they have given

Very nice villa to stay
Manager and staff went extra miles .
Food was excellent .
Good quality pool.
They were nice and smiling all the way .
Welcome drink was excellent .
Breakfast was authentic Srilankan cuisine .
We enjoyed every single minutes of our stay .
Would definitely recommend to our friends and family .
But will definitely comeback .
