Una cabaña fantástica

Una cabaña preciosa. Muy limpia y espaciosa. Con aire acondicionado, cocina, baño y dos habitaciones. Decorada con muy bien gusto. Caja fuerte. Con jardín privado. El desayuno espectacular y los dueños muy amables. La playa a 5 minutos caminando

Biggest disappointment

Definitely not worth the money we paid (it was our most expensive stay). We saw a lot of good reviews and thought "this would be a great place to end our trip," but that was a mistake.
I can't say the place was dirty, but it smelled crap all the time.
The breakfast was no better than other places, I would say less.
Hosts don't speak English, so it wasn't easy to understand what they wanted from us.
The biggest problem was the unwelcoming atmosphere. I don't think anyone wants to wait for the host to check in for quite a while after a long trip, and no one wants to fix the Wi-Fi router themselves because the host doesn't want to come and just tell you where the router is. Or being forced to take their tuktuk to change money because hosts want you to pay right now, in the middle of breakfast.
To summarise, that was not awful but too much expensive for what you get. I would not recommend you to stay there, you can definitely find better place for better money.

Saubere, familiengeführte Unterkunft

Kleine, familiengeführte Unterkunft mit nur zwei Zimmern. Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld hat problemlos funktioniert. Der Sohn der Familie spricht gut Englisch, hat uns Tipps gegeben, den Weg zum Strand gezeigt und war jederzeit per Whats App erreichbar. Die Unterkunft liegt nur wenige Gehminuten vom Bahnhof und dem Strand entfernt. Der Garten ist sehr liebevoll gestaltet. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und verfügt sogar über eine kleine Küche. Wir haben Singhalesisches Frühstück bestellt, das riesig, abwechslungsreich und sehr lecker war. An einem Abend haben wir in der Unterkunft gegessen, was ebenfalls sehr gut war. Definitive Empfehlung!

Danke für diesen außergewöhnlich tollen Aufenthalt!

Der Aufenthalt in der Thara Cabana war einfach nur wunderschön. Wir haben uns so wohl gefühlt wie nirgendwo auf Reisen ☺️ Wir hatten ein paar Probleme und egal bei was, haben wir so tolle Hilfe und Unterstützung von ihnen bekommen, wir sind ganz gerührt von soviel Gastfreundschaft!!
Das Frühstück war köstlich, der riesige, schöne Strand ist in 3 Minuten erreicht und die Hütte ist super sauber und stilvoll eingerichtet danke für die wunderbare Zeit und nur das beste an die süße Familie ❤️
