The apartment was spacious and overlooked the swimming pool, which is lovely. The gardens are well-kept and full of birds, it's a charming and relaxing retreat, and walking distance from the beach and restaurants/resorts.

A flowering garden near the ocean

It is a complex of villas with well maintained grounds, wonderful staff and comfortable living. We booked the villa 24 hours in advance. We arrived the next day and we were put in. It is very important that the hotel provides a shuttle service to and from the airport at reasonable prices. Don't rush to book tours on the websites, here you can arrange on-site transfers and the tour itself. So for example, we were taken to a turtle farm in Induruvu, we visited a massage parlor and went to a restaurant. For travel, it's half the organization of your leisure. At the hotel, we arranged breakfast. Simple, delicious and satisfying. Toast, juice, eggs, fruit. We weren't hungry. Beach is five minutes away.restaurants in walking distance, nearby supermarket and gift shop. If you need somewhere to go you will be offered services at the hotel. The villa itself is large we had two bedrooms ,two bathrooms, downstairs on the ground floor - living room. The housing is a little tired, but it's price-quality. We turned a blind eye. The room doesn't have a hairdryer or makeup in the shower tub, but it's not critical for us. You can ask for what's missing from the hosts. Everyone is very good-natured. Ready to help you. I appreciate the attitude of the staff. Nice guest house. Beautiful location.

The owner settled me in a one-room apartment instead of a two-room apartment with a terrace, balcony, kitchen, refrigerator without all these amenities. There was only one working socket for charging gadgets and a kettle.
But though the room was clean and there was an aircon inside. Bedsheets were clean as well. They also provide a towel for free.
As for bath and toilet it was also clean. There was hot water but no shampoo/shower gel in bath cabins. But there was a toilet paper.
There was a kettle in the room. As for cold drinking water they don't provide it. Internet connection wasn't working all the time.
There was a pretty good breakfast with fried 2 eggs, 4 tosts (but 2 of them were from old dried bread), butter and jam, fruits (3 pieces of watermelon and papaya, 2 bananas) and 2 drinks as tea/coffee and freshly made juice.
Located in 5 mins walking distance from beach.
The staff was accomodating and helpful.

I was very lucky to get a good room, so everything was just fine: a wonderful garden with an amazing swimming pool, breakfast - everything.

Great hotel, everything liked cleanliness, proximity to the beach 300m. I recommend it!

Excellent hotel, everything liked cleanliness, proximity to the beach 300m, sympathetic and friendly staff, huge cozy self-catering room! Beautiful well maintained area with swimming pool.And there are also separate houses. Recommend
