Great service (the restaurant)

This place is pretty new. It is so hidden behind our hotel. It is at a back lane behind our hotel. It has a hotel and a restaurant. I had Sri Lankan crab here and my friend had the fried noodle. the service was really good. There was no customers there when we went. Probably too new and no publicity. Food tasted good.

Baddest place ever visited

Very bad, it’s a brothel house .
Staff very rude
Mosquito and cockroaches are there
Owner is money minded and very rude talking. Don’t go there anyone. I’m really disappointed about their service and behavior

Acoommodation denied as the hotel has issues with Booking.com

Booked this hotel over booking.com for a guest. The hotel reception has denied his accommodation when the guest turned up there; and he has been told by the staff that the hotel had pending payout from Booking.com for six months! Very nice excuse for someone traveling from overseas, turning up for check in late in the night!!
Doesn't seem to be a professionally managed place.
Please look for options before booking.

Good Customer Service

Duw's white house hotel is the one of the best hotel in Mount Lavinia. We had to walk 300m from the Beach road. but they welcomed us with a cool towel and soft drink. Everyone should go there ....
their service very good.
but some rooms are little bit small even-though those rooms were superb in amenities..
also they provided us free foot massage.... it was help to calm down tiredness,,,,,,
you must choose a Double luxury room. other rooms are little bit small. Check in during weekends. then you can get some discount as well.....

Best Service

I went to Duw's white house last week for a bussiness purpose. Wow that place so cool... Every thing superb.
They have new air condition room with modern technology safe box... Security service perfect.
I love that place.
