Me and my husband stayed into this guesthouse 17th of April for one night. From the begging the approach of the staff is really really bad, long face and bad attitude. Room is full of mosquitos, and the pillows smell of cockroach! We cannot even sleep properly because of the dancing mosquitos! Just now we called the reception asking my pouch if they have it, I forgot this under my pillow due of their in hurry to check out from the room. As a guest house they should keep the lost and found in a one place at least in a month before disposing. this small pouch I forgot there’s a small bottle of holy oil inside and it’s very important to me. We calling the reception regarding this pouch and it saying ALL THE ITEMS THEIR ARE DIRECTLY THROWING IN THE GARBAGE! What a shame to this staff! Don’t even know what is the policy! Don’t even know how to smile and taking care for the guest! That holy oil is very very very important to me! I will never ever recommend this ghost house! You will regret staying in this place, just ruined our day staying in this place! Management should given them a hard training as a hoteliers! Really shame on them how to talk to the guest and how they answered phone calls.
