Clean Rooms, Value for money, good amenities

Highly recommend. Friendly staff. Mr. Bandara gave us a warm welcome and we had a nice stay. Well maintained property calm atmosphere. Placing a advertising board will be more convenient to find the place

Never recommended to anyone

Never recommend to anyone.We booked this place for 2 nights last weekend , and in check in we showed them our booking ID following online booking through agoda and got registered.in the night we were disturbed telling that ‘there is no booking under our names’ and someone else had booked our room again?? owner never wanted to settle this instead asked us to solve the problem and asked to repay again with no manners .following day we contacted ‘YOHO and confirmed our booking and inform the owner. He such a poor attitude guy didn’t even apologized .. never recommended to anyone this place bcz of the unexpected ill mannered behavior of the owner..otherwise room and location was good but shower wasn’t working well.A/C water soiling the bed sometimes..

Utterly dissapointing

Even after very clearly explained about the checking time was waited more than a hour to get the doors open..even after that no one to coordinate properly. The hotline phone was switch off. Simply unbelievable and never recomand to anyone

A great new hotel with a super-host like butler

This new hotel is one of the best hotel in the area. Huge clean rooms with lots of amenities.
The best part about this property is the super-host Mr.Jagath. He would go above and beyond to attend every single query or request of yours. Even the impossible ones. I have never met such a friendly honest man like Mr.Jagath.
I will definitely recommend this hotel for anyone who is looking to stay in this area. Its located inside a quiet , peaceful lane.

Excellent place to stay

Really sympathetic host ! I stay there for 3 nights, really quiet and peace full area.
It nearby the biggest jogging track, fitness center close by !
The street food are available even in the midnight !
I recommend this place !
