Best

Kithaya Ella is a really calm and beautiful place. The nature around the hotel is amazing, with trees, birds, and a lovely waterfall nearby. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated.
The staff is very kind and helpful. They treated us like family and made sure we had everything we needed. The food was tasty and freshly made.
If you're looking for a quiet place to relax and enjoy nature, I highly recommend Kithaya Ella. It’s a perfect spot to rest and feel happy.

Tourist Trap! Beware!

This is a total tourist trap!
We made a booking in July & visited this place. This is like a dirty old barn with a very scary care taker. Very old building with a rusty old cement slab. All rooms smells weird.
We technically ran away from this trap as soon as we checked it out without even asking for the advance payment.
Don't fall for the photos. They are taken maybe 5 years ago!

Pleasant best hot shower

Situated a little further from the center it is a cozy room with balcony and large comfortable bed and a spacious bathroom with a hot shower !!!

We had a fantastic stay with a beautiful view the best of our stay was mr.dilshan one of the staff member in the hotel.he give us really warm welcome and serve , clean and comfortable room,i like to recommend this stay to everyone,i said it in my bottom of heart

I had a nice and relaxing stay at the hotel.

The location of the hotel is very beautiful and it provides us a wonderful journey during the vacation. The service given by the hotel staff also at superior level. The hotel rooms are clean and facilitates comfortable zone to enjoy the vacation. The food arrangements also in the best leve. Don't forget to miss the kithaya ella if you arrived to Ella, Sri lanka.
