Sea view and almost private beach

This super cozy little hotel sits just outside of the unawatuna bay. Walk the time into unawatuna two 15-20 min along the beach, one should just walk 5 min up the road and then you could walk on the beach and enjoy the view to the beach.
The hotel rooms were extremely clean, there was nothing there. The hotel host was really nice and welcoming.
The breakfast was super delicious and the perfect view, where the first morning we could keep an eye on the turtles out on the sea swimming around. The hotel houses 4 rooms, two rooms with no views and two with sea views.
So overall a good place to stay.

Fantastic Stay

This is a lovely hotel. We have had a wonderful time in Unawatuna. The location of the hotel is fantastic, right on the beach front. We had one of the Deluxe rooms which led out directly onto the beach. Sameer looked after us extremely well and made our stay all the better. Breakfast on the beachfront was spectacular. Food was lovely and very filling. The room was great and had everything we needed. My only very slight criticism would be that the place could do with a little bit of refurbish but that doesn't distract from the overall experience. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay in unawatuna.

Charming good breakfast huge sea view

This accommodation is amazing, the only thing you hear are the waves splashing against the beach.The two guys who run the place are very charming and nice, always asking if they can help with anything.Located on a quiet and peaceful private lovely beach.Breakfast is very nice with eggs, pancakes, jams, bread,fruits and freshly squeezed juice.
Have now stayed here three nights will stay two more, next time we come here it will definitely be Happy beach.

Soulful rest

I would like to thank the owner Samir for the warm welcome, answered all questions, organized a transfer, served breakfast every morning, and suggested the best excursions!
Beautiful views, great location, convenient to have your own beach and sunbeds for free! good entrance to the ocean, no corals needed. My family and I swam every hour, day and night, and in the rain, 3 meters - and you’re in the room. The rooms are simple, but clean, everything is there, for this money we later moved to the center of Una, but then returned here again for the remaining 5 days. The center of Una is 20 minutes on foot or 400 rupees by tuk tuk. There are plenty of restaurants and eateries nearby to suit any budget. We needed the ocean, that's the main thing, and we enjoyed it to the fullest. Samir the owner was always happy to help, the kindest person, thank you for everything, Samir!!

Perfect stay

Beautiful location on the private beach / Great service / the staff is very friendly and cheerful / Rooms are perfectly furnished. It couldn't be better even in a 5 star hotel / It's not far to the center on foot or by tuk tuk / Breakfast is very extensive
