Excellent stay

My friends and i stayed for 3days. Its a very nice quiet place. I really enjoyed the pool, to relax by with a hot cup of tea was a peach. The manager and the staff is amazing. Well attentive and well mannered. Food was amazing as well.
Will be back again, definitely..

Not for me!!!

I turned up in the morning when no one was around for a short stay before my next flight in 20 hours. They had no clue about my booking and put me in a tiny room with no air con before apparently moving me later. The bed had stains and dirt on it and the pillows were literally brown. I was not staying there. So I took myself off to find a little cute place called Randoni villa which was welcoming, clean and relaxing. I felt safe and comfortable. Best decision I ever made and I can’t believe that hotel is actually doing business still!!!

Budget price hotel near airport

This hotel is budget hotel as compared to other hotels near airport.My booking cost was for one day was 3100 rupees. Foods were good and hotel is actually good to stay with family.
Nice staff. We had big baggage staff helped alot. This hotel is close to airport. So if you travel long distance to airport. This place is better to stay one night before your flight here.
Parking space available. Washroom facilities are average. Cleanliness is good. Easily accessible.
You can have nice Sri Lankan foods here. Average price.

It's already feeling home.all staff giveing friendly service rooms are nice foods are very tastey.ill recommended for the family visits for the this place because nice appearance.thanks for the every thing.

Thanks booking.com... avoid, avoid, avoid

The taxi i asked them to book for us at the airport never showed, and that’s because they’d forgotten about my booking.
When i arrived they said i did not have a booking, but backtracked when i showed them the print out from booking.com.
The room was basic and full of mosquitos, although i didn’t expect much for the price. The bed had no sheet, so i went into another room and pulled it off another bed.
In the room there was what i thought was a cupboard, but it was actually a door to a neighbouring room, which scared the life out of the woman sleeping next door when i opened it and saw her jump up.
The breakfast was not included, so we paid 600 each extra. We’d repeatedly said we don’t like eggs, but for breakfast they still served omelettes, so we sent them back untouched, which annoyed the ‘chef’. We were then sent bread and jam, and that was the whole breakfast aside from a cup of floral tea, which was rancid.
On leaving they added an extra fee to the room, which i never got to the bottom of. It didn’t equate to very much, but it’s obvious they are chancers & seeing what they can get away with.
Their comms skills were very poor, so there was mass confusion throughout. I’m glad we only stayed one night.
The total cost for everything was about $35AU but still too expensive for what it was.
The only plus was that it was close to the airport. The pool looked nice enough but didn’t touch it and just got the hell out of there.
Avoid at all costs...
