Great Hotel with Top-Tier Customer Service

Had an amazing stay at Hotel Cassendra! A special shoutout to Dilrooshi at the reception-she was incredibly welcoming, professional, and made our check-in seamless. Her warm hospitality really stood out. Highly recommend!

Improvement on amenities majorly water!

The Rooms and the service were great but few things need to be improved like the basic amenities, dental kit, slippers (on arrival at least a pair of slippers should be ready in the room) , water bottles, should not be charged at all which is one major concern on my opinion as my other friends staying in other room the water was not charged for them but i was, 315 LKR for a small water bottles where as outside at the shop a big water bottles cost 120 LKR…

Wholesome experience

Our one-day stay at Hotel Cassendra has been a truly wholesome and specially stress-free experience. The deluxe room we stayed in was comfortable, clean and we enjoyed the view from the balcony. Dilrukshi and Kasun from the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Exceptional Stay with Outstanding Service by Dilrukshi!

We had an amazing experience at Hotel Cassendra! From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was top-notch. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The food was absolutely delicious too. A special thanks to Dilrukshi for her exceptional service. She was incredibly welcoming, attentive, and made sure our stay was absolutely perfect. Her warm hospitality truly made a difference! We will definitely visit again!

Excellent

We had a lovely stay at Hotel Cassendra Kandy. Dilrukshi gave a warm welcome and always very attentive and accommodative.
Service was superb and wish we had an additional day at the hotel
