A hidden gem in Kandy

We've just been to Clingendael Kandy few weeks back, me together with my family and to say the least, our stay was truly wonderful. From the staff to the service and cleanliness, it was all great. I made sure to take the opportunity and take on a round of golf down at the Victoria Golf Course as well.
This was truly a very special stay during our visit to Sri Lanka and we will quite definitely go back to Clingendael if we visit Sri Lanka again.
Sending my sincere thanks to the Manager and staff for making our stay very memorable !

A Peaceful Escape in Nature

My Son and I stayed at Clingendael Kandy for a couple of days and had a lovely experience. The property is exceptionally clean and very well maintained. We especially loved the peaceful location surrounded by beautiful greenery and stunning views, making it a perfect place to relax away from the busy city. We enjoyed golfing and horse riding during our stay. Unfortunately, we couldn't do kayaking due to the weather, but it didn't take away from the overall experience. A truly refreshing getaway. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

A hidden gem

A hidden gem with stunning views over the valley and the Victoria Golf & Country Resort. Beautifully decorated with colonial charm, luxurious rooms, and impeccable attention to detail. Le personnel est exceptionnel - merci à Anne-Marie et son équipe pour avoir rendu notre séjour si mémorable. We thoroughly enjoyed the cuisine, the massages, and the overall calm and serenity. Highly recommended.

Definitely recommend Clingendael, nothing is too much trouble

This is definitely a hotel for relaxing with great service, amazing massage, fabulous food and above all peace & quiet.
We went because of the cricket but being 45 minutes outside of Kandy, we saw the sights but were not in the city.

Clingendael - Victoria Sri Lanka - place to relax away from all stresses

Wonderful experience
Clingendael sits on a promontory with 180 degree views of the Victoria valley
Colonial era house with all modern cons, food fabulous and team so very engaging and attentive. Bring a book, play golf and walk
We shall visit again and highly recommended
