Great location and service.
The hotel was in a great location and easy to access, and the staff were very helpful. Special thanks to Chef Nadeeshan and Chirantha at the restaurant. Chef Nadeeshan quickly catered to our dietary needs, and Chirantha took excellent care of us every time we ate. Their great service made our family stay smooth and memorable

Amazing Stay & Wonderful Experience!
Had a really pleasant stay at this hotel. Although it is located right in the city, the hotel itself is quiet, calm, and relaxing, which I really appreciated.
The hygiene and cleanliness were superb, and the heated infinity pool was absolutely awesome! ♂️ It was definitely one of the highlights of my stay.
The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout the stay. Really appreciate their excellent service.
The food was also nice, and I would give it 8.5/10. ️
Overall, everything was great, and I had a very comfortable and enjoyable experience. Definitely a place I would be happy to visit again! ❤️

Excellent Service and amazing staff
Everything was absolutely wonderful during my stay at this hotel. The reception team was excellent, especially Bashi and Amisha, who were always kind, helpful, and welcoming.
I would also like to give a special mention to the restaurant team. Since I was having some stomach problems and couldn’t eat everything, they were incredibly accommodating and prepared whatever I needed. In particular, Chalani was extremely kind and caring. She always made sure I was comfortable and well taken care of.
My room was cleaned very well every day, and the housekeeping service was excellent.
But most importantly, I have to mention the Operational Manager. She was such a warm, kind, friendly, and wonderful person. The way she treated me and made me feel so welcome really made a difference. Thanks to her kindness and hospitality, I never felt uncomfortable or alone during my business trip.
Overall, I had a wonderful experience and truly appreciate the entire team for making my stay so pleasant and memorable. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again.

Memorable Stay with Fantastic Food and Service
We had a wonderful stay at Cinnamon Mist Hotel yesterday. The food was excellent, and both the breakfast and dinner buffets had a great selection with so many options to choose from. Everything was fresh, well prepared, and very enjoyable.
The service was also outstanding throughout our stay. A special mention goes to Janaka, the Food and Beverage Manager, who provided excellent service and made sure all guests were well looked after. His attention and care added greatly to our positive experience.
Overall, it was a very pleasant stay, and we truly appreciated the hospitality. We would be happy to recommend Cinnamon Mist Hotel to others.
