Perfect hotel
The Hotel is perfect and very quiet, we had a room with views of the lake and the temple and the bed was super comfortable, the bathroom was very clean with hot water, air conditioning and a ceiling fan. Breakfast a la carte and very complete and good. The employees and the boss were super friendly, with good English and helped with everything. We stayed two days and saw many things about Kandy, it is very easy to get to the hotel with a taxi or tuc tuc.

Very ordinary hotel
Hotel located at the top of a very sloping street, with uncomfortably comfortable rooms (some blind, no WiFi, no hot water) little soundproofed and especially catastrophic pdjs and dinners as to choice and quantity/quality. Attention we give you a glass of tap water on arrival because no bottled water, and without telling you anything.
Managing not pleasant and unable to provide ice requested for a sprain for 2 nights. But the staff is kind, especially the very brave young luggage carriers.

Good hotel 45 minutes from the center
Small hotel on the heights of Kandy. 15 minutes walk from the lake and around 45 minutes from the temple of the tooth of Boudha.
Proy room with beautiful shower room and satellite TV.
(No fridge)
Simple breakfast with fruit and omelette
and coffee/tea (no orange juice)
Very polite staff.
Some small restaurants 15 minutes away

Excellent Service
We went Sobaya Kandy for our holiday. This hotel is neat and clean. Specially I must say their staffs are very kind and helpful. And also foods are amazing. Prices are worthy for their services. Thank you and waiting for nxt time.❤️

Scenic view, cordial hospitality, healthy breakfast.. Worth for money budget hotel with clean, neat and nice ambiance.. A MUST look out for hotel when you're looking out for budgetary options in Kandy.. Enjoy
