Good apartment, reasonably priced, on main Rd opposite beach

Good sized apartment, all amenities, on 11th floor of a 12 floor building. Met on arrival, check in was easy. It is a privately owned apartment in a condo apartment block. There is a restaurant on the top floor, along with the pool. Only a few loungers and chairs around the pool, and only 2 umbrellas for shade. No vegetation so very stark, which is why I gave it 4 stars.
Plenty of restaurants around and tuk tuks. Cargill's supermarket 8 mins walk. Beer sold nearby.

Location is great, with beach view, room carpet feels a little dusty, by otherwise the room still quite well maintained. I think the hotel is considered one of the big hotels in the town. Beside the hotel there is great cafe and a convenient store.
