Two night break

We stayed 2 nights at this 3* hotel, bed, breakfast and evening meal. Location excellent for overlooking Gregory Lake
On arrival we were initially disappointed with our room, see attached photos. They offered us another room which was clean and looks as though it has been recently refurbished.
The staff are excellent and can’t do enough for you. The food both breakfast & evening meal is excellent and all freshly prepared on site.
There is no licenced bar on site, but they are happy for you to take your own in, if you can buy it nearby.
The hotel generally could do with an update, it is very tired. On balance, it is excellent value for money.
