Warm welcome and close to the beach

Suthas and his family have a lovely hotel very close to the beach and plenty of nice restaurants nearby. They will organise any activities you would like - fishing, snorkelling, dolphin watching etc. His mother makes a delicious breakfast and the rooms are lovely and clean. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Relaxed days in Seazone Hotel

Nice hotel very close to the beach. Terrace overlooking the countryside, wonderful in tropical temperatures. Very friendly hosts. Right next door great food in typical ambience. We really recovered. Highly recommended.

Fantastic hospitality

Sea Zone is the on of the best hotel I have seen ever. well organized hotel recent past seen me. by the way management is very honest and kindly support to the visitors. I mainly thank to them given to outstanding hospitality & service. We do pigeon island snorkelling, dolphin and whale watching with them.

Great hotel

We were in August 2024. Everything's great, the service's top level, everything's been great. Wide range of excursions, loyal attitude, delicious food. Employees will always help, everyone will tell, everyone will show. The owners are nice people, all recommend this hotel

Nice:)

Very nice facility and helpful owners. Each room has a terrace overlooking the garden. The beach is nearby. The owners helped us organize diving:)
The area is very quiet and peaceful:) perfect to rest for a while.
I recommend this place and Nilaveli Beach!
