Lovely hotel!

A historic hotel with a high coziness factor. My room was small, but functional. It was also very cozy and I even had a cozy desk corner! Breakfast is taken with a fantastic view and on the breakfast table you will find most things. The wine bar serves small gourmet dishes with delicious wines. There is also a gym and a lovely sauna area. The staff are very friendly and helpful. 4.5 rating due to relatively high price.

I, the undersigned, attended Åregården, when the summer was at its best and the heat returned to the northern parts of our kingdom..
So lovely to attend "Lady" on her 130th birthday, here it has lived and let guests enjoy for 130 years, and not been compromised on the quality, this continues in the same spirit..
Summer is nice to attend Åre, there is so much to do, where Front Desk Manager Gustav with his Staff, Lovisa, Lisa, Anders, Morgan and Maya, with their Concierge efforts, so they inform about all sorts of activities and nice excursion destinations, which you can do, and also arrange bookings.
The most important meal of the day is breakfast, o here is Breakfast Chef Anna, with her staff of Ida and Molly, who brightens the early arla moment, with all sorts of delicacies to start the first meal of the day.
When you’ve been out for a whole day filled with activities, where your limbs ache and your soul gets tired, there are comfortable beds to rest tired limbs on, and sleep comfortably through the night, in record-breakingly made beds, and that it is clean and tidy, is also important. Here Housewife Jeanette and her staff Molly, Mary and Linnéa agree that it is tip top in all rooms..

Do not miss Hotel Åregården

Hotel Åregåden is a spectacular boutique hotel. Built in 1895 and is the oldest hotel in ski resort of Åre. We visited 2024 as we made our way from Stockholm, revisiting the area after 54 years. The view from our quaint, rustic and restful room opened a view to the lake and mountain. The air crisp and food wonderful. VinBaren wine bar with small plates- unexpected joy! Quite a depth of wine to be tasted! We were on our 50th anniversary honeymoon and would not trade a moment of it. Thank you Cilia for going the 2nd mile to treat us like royalty. All staff, and hosts were impeccable.

BOOK THIS HOTEL! You will not regret it!

A fabulous hotel, I really could not fault it in any way. Warm, welcoming decor, friendly and helpful receptionist. The room was lovely. All furnishings were top quality. As clean as possible - well done to the cleaning crew! Breakfast was delicious & lots to choose from. The Wine Bar downstairs was great too, delicious ‘starter’ menu and incredibly attentive and helpful staff. I LOVED my stay here, I just wish the hotel was not 875 km from my home! Wish I could stay again!

Great lunch place

We were there for lunch. Get the option to choose from on the lunch menu, and the prices were quite as stiff to be lunch. We finally chose an Asian soup. A lot of food, but it could be more tasty.
The rooms were very nice and the waiter was attentive.
