Above expectations

Spa with several pools and large sauna delivered. But the best was the food that was of HIGH quality. Very pleased.
The only thing "missing" was the sauna by the water.

Raise your service level please

Under renovation, not that cosy then for a Spa. But great project and in a need, so will be good afterwards. The food is great and in quantity, much better than Små Dalarö Gård. For breakfast would have been nice with a true capucinno. The service is poor overall at the restaurant. Very slow. You are directed to your table with energy, efficiency, and care. And then it is gone. No attention. No caring. No one checking on you. Impossible to have contact. Wow really poor. To pay you have to go out as noone seems to care. The meal took more than 2h which is really crazy. The rooms are ok in need for renovation. The Spa itself is nice but a bit more smiles and caring won’t hurt.

We stayed for one night and overall the stay was a bit disappointing. The spa itself was pleasant, although we found it a bit unusual that all three pools were heated. It would have been nice if the indoor pool had been cooler, with the outdoor pools kept warm instead.
The biggest downside was that there was construction work throughout the property. We weren’t informed about it before our stay, and it really took away from the relaxing atmosphere we had booked the hotel for. I think guests should be made aware of ongoing renovations in advance, specifically for the price you pay. The room wasn’t cleaned properly, we saw a lot of dirt and dust throughout the room.
Maybe once the construction will be finished the hotel will get its spark back, but for now I wouldn’t rebook.

Worst stay ever!

rooms with little to no ventilation unless you want open the whole window to let strangers in. Too much of renovation ongoing. Staff needs to know definition of service.
Spa and dinner schedule were too rigid. I paid around 2600kr to deserve this experience. Won't be coming back.
