Close to the business center and you have fun views from the rooms. Has pool and gym as e awesome. Night service with some choice of food. Good clean and tidy everywhere. Good view from the restaurant and not so busy outside so you get a good night's sleep anyway. Highly recommended.

Low quality and poor service

Very low quality hotel. Had trouble even getting to my room when their port code reader is broken / loose. So I had to stand outside in the cold and try to enter the code until it was accepted.
When I called their staff for help getting in, I was met with an unpleasant tone that said it should work, even though they had previously informed that they knew they were problems with the port code reader.

AVOID!!!

My dad stayed at the hotel for two nights. Every time we tried to get in, the door code wouldn't work. Since he had a stroke and can't talk on the phone, we had to go there several times to help him.
The hotel didn't give any help at all, just saying: “Press the buttons harder, wait 1-2 minutes. The system needs to warm up.” After about 30 minutes we came in. This happened four times during just a 2 night stay.
When I called the owner Calle, the response was unacceptable. He said among other things: “ahh do you want 200kr for your 30 min waiting time” and “I have 600 guests and it’s just you who can’t get in so you’re the problem, you have probably entered the wrong code”. Which we didn't have for filming it! Unacceptable treatment.
NEVER go there not worth the money or treatment. And the hotel was not even fresh.

Avoid this hotel

Ugly, dirty and disgusting hotel. Untidy room with garbage left from the last guest. Hair on towels. Substandard bed and cheapest pillows on the market. No night reception. Breakfast staff speak neither Swedish nor English. This hotel is monkey business in its noblest form. Shame.
