Charming family-run inn with great service

Me and my partner had the pleasure of spending ten nights at the inn. It’s really great to see that these small family-run personal inns are still there, instead of impersonal hotels. The old buildings are very beautiful and charming.
Older style rooms, slightly worn over time, but very charming! And the buildings themselves have a long history. Even though the buildings are old, there is nothing that is noticeable in a negative sense, we were there in the middle of winter and it was still warm and comfortable, not draughty as it can get in some older houses. And the bathroom was completely renovated.
We have not tried the restaurant, but the breakfast buffet was absolutely wonderful. Homemade buns of different kinds, different toppings, jams, muesli, cereal, yoghurt, sour cream, milk, juice, boiled egg, coffee and tea etc.
But what really distinguishes the inn, apart from the charm, is the service! Johan was very helpful throughout our stay and gave us really fantastic service! A personal service that means we will definitely come back if we are passing by again.

Price/performance ok, room not ok. Don't let the atmospheric Christmas photos dazzle you.

Pros: The quiet location and historic Mood. Breakfast with several types of bread, several types of sausage, eggs, juice, cereal, yogurt, coffee, jam.
Cons: First room heavily in need of renovation - cracks in walls, old bathroom with completely inadequate lighting, power cable for TV with three plugs extended across the corner => we received after complaint then renovated room. Unfortunately, even there stained, dirty mattress covers, chair cushions torn, paint bathroom door peels off, towels and bed linen ancient and worn, door lock does not close. Overall impression: there is a lack of responsibility for welcoming rooms. You feel comfortable somewhere else.

If you could leave minus, I would have. Worst experience I've been oed about. Was there 11/11 to have lunch.
Meet to burnt fish at the buffet and choose to order shag doughnut with pork.
You had to look for the potatoes in the shag doughnut and it tasted awful and the pork had barely met the hob and it was sloppy.
We told you how bad this tasted stood us up and they really did not go to eat. Never going back there
Had to go to IKEA afterwards.

Older charming Inn, our room was renovated (but still older style) and well cleaned. The staff were friendly and helpful. Good breakfast with several options of yoghurt including accessories, perfectly boiled eggs and different kinds of bread and toppings. Also had lunch which tasted great!

The worst lunch of the summer

Would wait for the heel already on arrival when the outdoor dining table signaled poor maintenance. It was warm outside that day but much warmer indoors so we chose outside. "Indoors worn and warm".The son had to code on the clothes of the wooden chairs outside and no working umbrella and weeds around. The pancakes for the pea soup that they came out with before we had time to finish the sopoa were 80% burned. The salad table was a disaster looked like hastily smashed together a few small bowls of leftovers from yesterday. Then the bread both hard and soft even where a disaster
very little of all the bread and what could be eaten ran out quickly. Will never stop there again and eat for 120 SEK.
Otherwise nice young staff who did their best
