Terrible smell!! Steer away from this hotel.

Terrible smell in the room. Urine, stool?? Mugg in the bath. Was after the first night (of three) promised new room by hotel manager S. So was the hotel full booked when the exchange was to happen?? Fan was requested three times before we finally got fan that was defective! Several other missing rooms.. got promises but nothing happened. Breakfast without cutlery- glass- cups...on demand was the answer that it was in the dishwasher...this was every morning. ..
This is now an ongoing case. Glad I booked via Booking.com...the hotel neither responded, nor took any action during the stay!

Lovely setting, disappointing family room

Beautiful location. We stayed in a family room with one comfortable bed and a very uncomfortable sofa bed. One of our children woke up with bad back pain after sleeping on it. Once the sofa bed was extended, the room also became very cramped, making it difficult even to reach the window and close the curtains. Room is good only for a couple.
The cleaning was rather superficial: the carpet under the bed was very dusty, and we even found nail clippings. One of the window frames was also wobbly and didn’t close properly. There seemed to be very few staff around.
On the positive side, the breakfast was excellent.

Ok but the room needs a proper cleaning and renewal

We had some summer vacation in Gothenburg. We stayed at Thon Partner Hotel Dockyard/ (Merkur) new name..Ok hotel but the room was well worn and not too clean.
-When we arrived there was a little tumult as they were changing name/owner..
so we had to wait a little on our card to the room. Double bed was super but the rest of the room was worn and the guest bed/sofa bed was well worn and the service was nothing of.. In the 4 days we did not get new clean towels and toilet paper we had to pick up and pick up, as there was quite little when we came..
Breakfast was good but pretty much the same everyday.

Terrible hotel

When you enter the room, you suddenly notice that it stinks a lot of urine on the carpet and the bathroom, and in the corner of the bathroom there are mushrooms and mold in the shower.
Had to go down three or four times to the reception for and demand for a fan that NEVER came to the room that they said they should come with, but it didn't happen.
When it comes to breakfast, there was complete chaos, lack of cutlery every morning while we stayed there.
Too far and walk 20 minutes ahead and get to the bus and boat to the center
