A natural paradise with small beauty flaws
We had the pleasure of spending some unforgettable days in the Dutch Värmlandsgården and can recommend this place without restriction. The location is simply breathtaking! Located directly on the lake, surrounded by peaceful Swedish nature, Värmlandsgården offers a perfect break from everyday life. Whether canoeing, fishing or simply relaxing – everyone gets their money’s worth here. The tranquility and idyllic surroundings are balm for the soul, and the sunsets over the lake were simply magical.
Especially pleasant was the hospitality of the operators, which runs through the entire team. The staff is always trying to make your stay as pleasant as possible.
The pitches are large and offer everything you need for a comfortable stay.
The cleanliness of the sanitary facilities was overall very good. In the washrooms, unfortunately, we did not have a trash can, which made the disposal of female hygiene items difficult. With the sinks, the possibility of hanging your own towels would have been desirable. However, these are really just small things that do not diminish the overall impression in any way.
Despite these small remarks, we award a full 5 stars, as the overall impression, the impressive nature, the warm hospitality and the varied leisure opportunities absolutely convince. Värmlandsgården is a real insider tip for nature lovers and anyone looking for a break in Sweden. We will definitely be back!

Riktigt mysigt ställe mitt i skogen i närheten av en sjö
Lienke som äger gården är väldigt hjälpsam och trevlig på alla vis.
Man kan även få en kopp kaffe på deras enkla café.
Vi bodde på deras camping där man har 6 elplatser så det blir aldrig för mycket folk runtomkring om man vill känna lugnet från Värmlandsskogarna och lyssna på vattnet ifrån sjön.
