Family friendly hotel in the centre
Great location close to restaurants and shops. Family friendly hotel,just opposite the playground in the park and simple dinner included at the hotel. Friendly staff and good breakfast. Ask for a room overlooking the park! We had lovely park views and a nice,quiet room!

Deprived hotel room.
Stayed in a family room. Large rooms but no wardrobe or unloading area. Bathroom very neglected. Black mold, dripping faucet, blockage in the drain in the bathtub, no working ventilation. Silverfish on the floor.
Good common areas at reception.
Cramped at the buffet. Varied standard of food over the days.
Unfortunately, extra cleaning in neglected hotel rooms does not help.

Very disappointing. Not affordable.
We stayed in the family room, which consisted of a two bedroom apartment. Unfortunately, the standard was very low. The apartment was very worn out, with leaking taps, black mold in the bathrooms and a fixed interior that doesn't seem to have been renovated since the 80s.
The hotel's website promised a double bed measuring 180 cm, but in reality there were two single beds instead. It did not correspond to the description and was disappointing when we traveled with our little daughter who sleeps in our bed.
What still drew up the overall impression somewhat was the cozy courtyard and the really good coffee. Unfortunately, this was not enough to compensate for the shortcomings in the accommodation.

Urdåligt!
Renovate your rooms, install an AC in every rom, clean your rooms better (we had to change rooms).
And make sure your kitchen staff know how to cook dinner for ALL the guests and mark what the food contains when it comes to allergies. I got shrimpsallad/mayonaise with crabsticks in it and Ordinary toasted onion even though the staff told me everything was gluten free. And breads for the sausages wasn’t even available for me.
The music out in the inner garden was on long after 01:00 am at night and we had to close the windows even though the rooms was extremly hot!
We are deeply disappointed at our stay in Home Hotel Norre Park Halmstad. Because we had to eat at restaurants 2 nights out of 3 it was almost 3000 SEK more expensive for us, which we couldn’t afford and had to solve…
We are never recommending this hotel and also never going back there.

Nice hotel
A small and pleasant hotel with a fantastic staff.
The rooms we had were facing the park and there may be noise from the road outside but nothing that disturbed the night's sleep in their comfortable beds.
Rooms were not so big but worked for a short stay
The breakfast was great where the staff kept filling up.
You can make coffee here at e.m.
The supper we got then was pan-fried turkey was probably not a big deal but it was good accompaniments.
Parking is available around the block and at the weekend it is almost free
