Great location

Fantastic location near Central Station and the ferry.
The courtyard in the evening is cozy in the evening. However, a little renovation is needed. This time I asked for a room with shower. Became no 101 which was probably a handicap room. The view was of the ferry and the cars that drove on.
The room has 2 armchairs which is a plus. The bathroom is old fashioned and the room can also be modernized. Breakfast is quite ok. A quiet and quiet hotel

The good thing was that it was close to the hub. So we were close to Elsinore and the train. But otherwise there was not much that was good.
Breakfast was not a 4 ⭐️ as the hotel should be. The beds were hard so we slept poorly. We chose a larger room but the storage was not enough. Little storage both with having their clothes and in the bathroom. The mini fridge was not cold enough for our drink. Have stayed at 4 ⭐️ hotels before with better quality. Unfortunately, we will not be coming back to you.

Friendly service, nice location and good breakfast, Rooms are very old style but doesnt matter when visiting just 1-2 nights.

Good hotel with potential for improvement.

The second time we stayed at the hotel. Great and nicely located by the water and near the railway station. We stayed in a double room with sea views. Standard room size and mid-range feel. Nothing special.
Good pillows and okay single beds that stupidly sat together and shared a mattress topper. This meant that when one person moved in bed, the other felt swells.
Good room temperature and ac. The bathroom is ordinary and a little dated. Poor room for toiletries and only a hook to hang towels and clothes on. Good shower pressure but quite slippery bathtub. Very good breakfast with a varied selection. Minus for the hotel restaurant which is a Bishops arms. Greasy and reeking of big strong. A mediocre place that calls itself gastropub(!) but unfortunately lowers the rating for the hotel stay. The hotel was very nice. Good price for what you get.
