A fantastic stay with super service and lovely spa!

We are super pleased after an incredibly great stay at Hotel Plaza in Karlstad. The hotel delivered on all points and gave us a really good hotel experience!
​Stylish room and good beds: We got a very stylish and shiny clean room with a private balcony, which was incredibly delicious. The beds were amazing good, so here we slept very well.
​Free spa: It was a huge plus that the spa facility was included! It was incredibly nice to be able to completely disconnect there.
​Food and service: Both afternoon pizza/dinner and dinner were included in the stay, and the food tasted great. The service offered through excellent service from start to finish – incredibly friendly and welcoming people!
​All in all a well-established and great hotel. We are brilliantly satisfied and warmly recommend Hotel Plaza!

It was very good service and breakfast cleaning was quite okay could be more accurate food was good and the staff was nice

Plaza Karlstad

Super nice and helpful staff, good food. We had problems with our room but despite fully booked so moved about so we got what we needed, Karlstad Plaza delivers

Room price does not match.

Got the price of double room on the website of Strawberry, forgot to book that we were two people, so according to the hotel it was 200 sec extra, stayed there for two nights, the other night they should suddenly have 500 sec extra. Works as they operate with lucky prices to get guests in, to then take much more paid at check-out, tried to argue with this at the hotel but was abruptly rejected. This we found was very unprofessional and poor treatment of guests.
