Humility and Service

It's absolutely wonderful to come back and see that all the staff are still there. Service and humility are the hallmarks of this hotel. The people who work here make you feel at home. This is one of my favorite hotels.

Disappointing stay; Dirty and loud!

Very dirty room, poor soundproofing, and bad lighting.
Thick layer of dust and hair in several places, walking barefoot was gross. Noise from neighbors until 3 AM, and generally dark in both bedroom and bathroom. The breakfast was disappointing, and I saw expired yogurt from last month.
The price isn’t worth the uncomfortable stay. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

The location is fantastic. Staff accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast good. Was most of it.
