Central child-friendly hotel

Stayed one night on the way home from vacation.
Rooms have normal size, good beds. Some selection in the minibar. The children received a welcome bag with a lot of nice content to activate the children. Plus with also own children's room.
A lot of waiting time to buy at the bar, seems to have a lot to do. Also a little stressful environment around breakfast. You get up for breakfast. Here it should have been put in 15 minutes from the first to 2 pool to wash and clean a little.Outside it was the breakfast absolutely superb, the kids have their own breakfast buffet table with a lot of sweet and good.
Located centrally to and near the motorway.

Good hotel

Pretty mediocre hotel in dull industrial area. Room okay, but quite worn and poorly cleaned. Bad pressure in the shower. Few elevators in such a large hotel. Breakfast uneven, first day there was nothing extra. The second day they had chia pudding, overnight oats, brie cheese etc.
There were bikes to borrow at the reception, it is a bit to the center.

I have the impression that the room was not cleaned, dirty spots on the floor, hair on the floor.
Curtains are very dirty and broken.
Not a success for a 'deluxe' room.

Fooled

I had booked and paid for a room overlooking the city but was given a room without windows behind the elevators. I didn't want to live there and was promised a refund. It's been almost a month and I still haven't got my money back. The hotel blames Agoda and Agoda blames the hotel. They claim that their relationship is confidential and that there are other intermediaries that I do not know about.

The breakfast slows down the review.

Very good room with everything you need, clean and quiet. A five for that.
Breakfast so-so. Blashy orange juice, no sour milk or mineral water. For mineral water I was referred to the reception. The girl there followed me to a bar counter and arranged things, but isn't that unnecessarily complicated for such a simple thing? A two here.
Plenty of parking spaces at a good price. A five.
Otherwise, I find the fixation on the English language in the hotel and in the e-mail correspondence a bit silly.
