Convenient location, close to train station and university, supermarket pharmacy, 7-Eleven and it is in the center. Nice restaurants all around. We have stayed at this hotel every time when we visited our daughter for years.

My room (128) has silverfish on the bathroom floor. There also was a noise issue that woke me from 1am-3am all three nights. loud banging, and the sound of heavy wheeled items being pushed around. I brought this to the attention of the cleaning person who visited my room after the first night. I was unable to find anyone at the desk to report this to until check out. That person showed no interest in providing a solution. She told me that my room sat over a Burger King restaurant and when I suggested it might have been a night time cleaning crew she brushed it off. She also was not helpful in providing me a copy of my receipt for my expense reimbursement, so now I will need to chase this with the hotel over the phone.
Worse business trip hotel stay.

self-check-in system in a little bit confusing, but acceptable. security of each floor is good since we need room card to open another door to get into the aisle from elevetor floor. Iron and Iron board is stored in each room, but not steam iron, though. electric fan is convenient to use it.

The hotel is conveniently located, but a bit dated. The room was a decent size. Check in and checkout were all automatic so we didn’t see any staff. Overall it was fine for a night passing through Lund, but I’m not sure I’d want to stay much longer.
