Mid-range - no more

Typical mid-range with far too pretentious a name. Find absolutely nothing Royal about this hotel. Clean and tidy with a fun food idea. Good restaurant. Perfect service. Stupid parking that's trapped and a code that doesn't work. The front desk staff also ignorant of how to behave with sms so you get a code that is much better to use.

Treg and unproff serving.

Very improper service at the hotel's restaurant. Treg and poor service. After receiving a table, nothing happens. Even with just a few tables coated, the service manages to forget to distribute the menu, clean the table etc. Incredibly long to wait for both the order and the food.

Not worth the outrageous price

Paid almost 2000kr for one night for an adult and 2 children and expected a little more for the price! We had to make up the extra legend ourselves. The mattresses in the double bed slid so you had to push it back to avoid ending up on the floor . There is no minibar ie you do not have access to refrigerator. The bathroom has seen its brighter days and needs a refreshment. If you want to sleep well bring your own pillow because here were no comfortable hotel pillows but broken slept floppy. You had to fold it twice to even get support!
The room smelled old and in the hallway it smelled like poop - sewage? Not very cozy!
Breakfast was spartan and nothing special!
Plus for the nice woman reception who worked in the evening! You get our plus points!

Okay.

Arrived quite late. Safe with fenced parking. Very friendly staff. Perfectly ok room. Nothing extra. The soap in the bathroom is very perfumed and leaves behind a strong scent on the hands. Not so good
considering anyone sensitive to fragrances.
Breakfast works but nothing more.. cereal in vending machines, salt/pepper in disposable packages and disposable egg cups. Why do you have disposable products in the first place? Not very environmentally conscious.
Hotel as such works when you are here temporarily for work. But nothing I would choose for vacation.

All right for two nights.

Stayed 2 nights in connection with a sporting event. The first impression was a slightly broken sign outside, okay to get parked, smell of fish in the reception area. The hotel had 10 electric cartridges, of which 2 were vacant, but they did not let the guests use. There was also a lack of system for those who parked in the electric car spaces that are for hotel guests to use them. Thus, at least one charger stood unused, with a car parked in front so that it could not be used by others. The room was fine. There was mold in the shower in the bathroom. The bed was a frame mattress with a double pen. A little cluttered for two. Breakfast was good. There was no opportunity for early check-out, the reception was completely closed and it was not possible to get in touch with the staff.
