Spring excursion

Beautiful and well cared for 19th century farmhouse in a wonderful landscape near Lake Hornborgarsjön and a variety of other interesting places. Comfortable beds in beautiful rooms, good and abundant breakfast and a family with great hospitality. We'll be back when the cranes fly south again.

Charming!

Very charming and peaceful accommodation with beautiful and exciting surroundings. Very nice breakfast and nice host. Toilet, shower and kitchen fresh and well equipped, but one may be prepared to share these spaces with other travelers. We had missed this and it was therefore a bit uncomfortable, even if everything went well and we in the end barely saw the other company.

Wonderful experience

On our hike from Varnhem along the Hornborgasjön we enjoyed a great stay in this lovely and beautiful B&B. Paul and Mathilde looked really good after us. Also the garden is a feast!

Ready to wind down? This is the perfect place..

Third time at this extraordinary place, just the best and most relaxing place I know. Quiet, genuine, welcoming, feeling so at home. Friendly hosts, very nice breakfast, comfortable beds and beautiful rooms. Nice little kitchen, where you can cook your dinner if preferred. During spring and summer the garden delivers flowers to the house, and paints the yard. The natural setting in a landscape where people lived for thousands of years offer you many historical and archaeological sights nearby. I can highly recommend Nästegården.
