Surprising with lovely staff

Was a little hesitant when I found the entrance from the street.
But the hotel delivers and it's
100% because of the genuine and pleasant
staff. Very accommodating and nice. Rooms ok with 70s standard. Narrow beds. Good location in the center of Skellefteå and nice breakfast. Personalized details with homemade scrambled eggs and apple compote. Good experience!

Terrible

Embarrassing. Three dry breads with some goo on at an 80th birthday party, and barely seating for everyone. We had to wait. Even wait for the little service that was included in this embarrassing package.

Quiet and familiar

We struggled to find the hotel as it is a block of flats where people live and on the sixth floor is the hotel and reception. We are a little late and by mail they give you the keys to access.
It is a simple hotel that we use to sleep one night on our route. The right room and bathroom needs updating.
Breakfast was varied and quite correct. Good bread and jams.
It would highlight the tranquility of the establishment and be a Hotel of a Family Mood.

OK hotel, smallish rooms, no free parking.

A nice, clean hotel with an OK breakfast, no problems. But the room was quite small. I thought I would have free parking for my motorcycle by the hotel, but no - that would have been 150 kronor. Three blocks away, there is an MC parking lot for free.
Next time I will choose a different hotel because of the parking.

Super cozy smaller hotel with good breakfast!

The hotel is very clean and the staff is friendly. Cozy atmosphere with nice views, nicely decorated. Very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good and there was well made scrambled eggs, crispy fried bacon. Good bread and toppings. Self-made granola and smoothie. They took into account allergies and were able to offer alternatives. The raspberry jam was wonderful!
