Terrible experience!

Don’t recommend it! Very poor communication with the property, they practically don't respond to messages, rarely answer the phone and hang up. When I arrived, there was no one at the reception desk, I had to wait 20 minutes in the rain and cold. The owner arrived, but instead of apologizing, he was very rude! The photos were different from the actual room and it was really dirty. With this situation and exceptionally unfriendly service, I didn't feel safe at all and I had to stay at another hotel. I really don't recommend this place, it was a terrible experience!

Good studios for two guests

This hotel offers studios for more than one guest in the studio, unless the two guests know each other or related.
Very clean, in excellent location in summer near the bridge to enjoy the waterfront,
No breakfast served but cafe is on the corner

Nie wieder, ich schlafe lieber im Auto

Habe schon viele Hotels in meinem Leben gesehen und ich schreibe selten Bewertungen aber das muss ich hier machen!
Dieses Hotel war eine Tiefgarage, Zimmer ohne Fenster.
Kein Personal am Empfang, alles ist Video überwacht.
Wir kamen abends in das Hotel nicht rein. Der Code der über Mikrofon gegeben wird, funktionierte nicht. Am nächsten Tag war keiner zum Auschecken da. Dann kam plötzlich der Direktor (er sieht ja alles per Video). Ich sollte 1.100 SEK statt 950 SEK. bezahlen. Begründung: Parkplatzgebühr obwohl in der Buchungsbestätigung kostenloser Parkplatz stand. Und die Härte: Der Kurs SEK EUR soll sich über Nacht geändert haben... Habe nur 950 SEK gezahlt, keine Rechnung erhalten. Die Buchung wurde von ihm im Portal storniert damit ich nicht bewerten kann. Er schreibt sich seine Bewertungen selbst, anders kann ich mir das nicht vorstellen.
Typisch, hinter der Theke stand eine Kaffeemaschine, also zur Dekoration oder wie.
Die Gegend ist nicht sehr vertrauenswürdig.
