A nice hotel
Nice hotel. Very good value. Good and comfortable room. Service oriented staff. Fantastic breakfast with plenty to choose from. Good bread and coffee. Good fruit and good toppings and fresh vegetables.

Absolute disaster
My friends and I stayed at this hotel for four nights, and unfortunately our experience was disappointing.
Upon arrival, we discovered that the third "bed" in our room was not a proper bed at all, but a fold-out frame with an incredibly thin mattress. It was so uncomfortable that you could clearly feel the wooden base underneath, making it almost impossible to sleep.
The next morning, we asked if anything could be done to improve the situation. When we returned to our room, we found that a mattress topper had been added, but it made virtually no difference. We then contacted reception again and asked if it would be possible to add another mattress. We agreed that this could be done after 6:00 p.m., when we would be out of the room.
Instead, at around 5:30 p.m., while we were getting changed, someone knocked on the door and entered almost immediately, before we had a chance to respond. A member of staff walked in carrying a mattress, saw that one of my friends was only partially dressed, threw the mattress into the room, and left without saying a word. We found this to be unprofessional and a serious invasion of our privacy.
Even with the additional mattress, the third bed remained far below an acceptable standard and could not be compared to the other two proper beds in the room. If a room is advertised and sold for three guests, all three sleeping arrangements should offer a similar level of comfort.
On our final morning, we had breakfast at the hotel, which was excellent and by far the highlight of our stay. However, during check-out, no one asked how our stay had been or whether everything had met our expectations.
It's a shame, as the hotel's location near the Strawberry Arena is very convenient. Unfortunately, due to the poor quality of the third bed and the way our concerns were handled, we would not choose to stay at this Scandic again.

Good price, bad location but excellent service!
Since i was on a business trip, i always first check that i can connect my laptop to the tv monitor along with checking the overall cleanliness in the room. Since that didn't work, i spoke with the service desk that was really kind to first look if anyone on the hotel could fix it. But since they couldn't fix it, they got me a new room since i hadn't used my first room at all. This is something i really appreciate!
Otherwise, unfortunately i feel sorry for the location of this hotel. It is put right beside a one of stockholms busiest highways. And that i feel wouldn't be a problem if the rooms had AC, but they had only a simple fan that you could use and then you had to have the windows open. But then you heard the cars constantly. And this has one both rooms that is the section of the building that are right beside the parking and only four stories high. If they could fix AC, they would make it more enjoyable to stay there.
But as i started, excellent service!

Nice hotel for Scandic outside Stockholm. Very good breakfast. It is noticeable that many craftsmen spend the night. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Impressive that the room was completely quiet despite the view towards E4an.
Fantastic to put on running shoes early in the morning and just across the highway have lovely beech forest and beautiful Ulriksdal Castle Park nearby.

Rooms were very warm. Only way to cool down was to open a window towards the highway.
