Great place to stay

I met an incredible amount of interesting and inspiring people there. For my breakfast voucher I unfortunately didn’t get my favorite breakfast drink, hot chocolate for free. Only tea and coffee were included. No big deal, though.

Very convenient

This hotel is 300 m from the central train station. Around it there are many restaurants and stores. It is quite clean and breakfast was very good.

Stay for few days

We spent three nights here with my family. The location is great, close to everything, yet in a quiet area. There are plenty of rooms, the staff is helpful, and everyone is young and smiling. The bed was a bit smaller than what would have been comfortable, but other than that, everything was perfectly fine. The atmosphere was really nice, and everyone was kind. A supermarket, a bar, and a restaurant are also nearby.

Very disappointing experience

Unfortunately, our stay was far from what we expected.
Breakfast was included in our booking — which, of course, does not mean it was free, as it was part of the rate we paid. We waited for almost an hour with our children, but breakfast was never actually ready. The whole situation was extremely chaotic: confusion in the kitchen, many guests waiting, and not even enough places to sit.
We asked several times what was happening, but after nearly an hour the only solution offered was a ridiculously small refund, which we obviously declined.
What made the situation even worse was the attitude of Linnea, the supervisor at reception. Instead of trying to handle an already unpleasant situation professionally, we found her attitude unfriendly and unnecessarily provocative. Most surprisingly, we never received a simple apology.
When you work in hospitality, kindness and the ability to deal politely with disappointed guests should be basic requirements. Apparently, unlike breakfast, kindness wasn’t included in our rate either.
Another frustrating issue was the very long wait for the lifts. One of them seemed to be out of service most of the time, making getting around the hotel unnecessarily difficult.
Overall, definitely not the relaxing and welcoming experience we were hoping for. If you are travelling with children and looking for an organised, peaceful hotel with friendly and helpful staff, we strongly suggest choosing somewhere else.
