I do have just two suggestions I hope can be considered: there is no air conditioning in the room, which made it a bit hot and uncomfortable at times, and there is no refrigerator, so I had to bring some of my items down to the reception.

Midsummer at Bogesund.
It is quite ok to have an unstaffed reception and a closed bar. But then provide the rooms with a minibar or at least a fridge. A coffee machine next to the water dispenser would be nice. Thanks anyway for putting coffee in thermoses.
You rebooked us into a beautiful corner room with a nice view. The room was great and the beds were comfortable, just as we wished.
The breakfast is nice with good and quality selection. The icing on the cake had been a welcoming breakfast hostess talking and greeting guests, without headphones in her ears. Otherwise, the service was unremarkable. But don't we guests want to feel seen?
It feels like you are putting a little effort and that the business is on the way up in these economic times. That bodes well.
There were still some guests at the hotel during the Midsummer weekend, far from all corners of the country. Since Ulricehamn completely shuts down and you are saved by Mc Donalds, a closed hotel with hotline numbers is not a good option. Either we choose another place (like Borås) next time or you pick up some fire reasons that open the bar and sell a little hot to the guests. If you sell this in addition, the hotel might be at least half full on major holidays and something you book with pleasure. Not everything is easy to earn conferences, there are paying guests outside of time, so to speak.
We discovered at check out that there were two charging points at the back of the hotel. Why not display or promote them? On the website they are not listed under "facilities".

Vårt mål är alltid att få våra gäster att känna sig sedda och hörda, precis som du skriver så är vår bemanning på öppettider begränsade under storhelgerna. Vi försöker dock alltid innan dess försöka stämma av med både närliggande restauranger och gäster som ska komma vilja alternativ som finns att erbjuda, vi ber verkligen om ursäkt om detta missades till just Er att det fanns något öppet under Er vistelse hos oss. Toppen med tipset om att förtydliga om våra laddstationer!

Service was excellent, friendly and with a smile.
The hotel has great views across the lake.
The rooms were nice and comfortable, and the breakfast also very good.
The hotel has a small sauna which has a shower area and great views across the lake.
The hotel also has some lovely communal areas / rooms.
