Don't live here. Their customer service is non-existent.

The rooms had loft where the AC did not manage to blow any cold air because it was placed too low on the wall so it became sauna upstairs and the children could not sleep.
We were supposed to watch TV. Pressed the Netflix button on the remote control but got error message. Tried 15 minutes and then called the reception and they came up and we held one for like 45 minutes to try to get it going. The staff said it didn't work because they were replacing the network and TVs at the hotel but hadn't made it to our floor. She promised us compensation by a partial refund at check-out.
At check-out, she announced that her boss told us we had to mail in to get compensation because she was not allowed to make a refund herself.
I e-mailed and received a reply that the error “unfortunately was out of their hands” so we would not receive any compensation. I insisted but got the same answer again. Wrote and told them that I was deeply dissatisfied with their customer service and got no response whatsoever.

Lack of cleaning

Poorly cleaned room, window to corridor indoors. Very responsive. We had a boring experience that did not meet our expectations

Bed didn't fit. Had to find another hotel as nobody was there to check me in at reception - keys simply left in drop box

Don't book at this hotel

Probably the worst hotel we have visited so far. I recommend you not to visit this "hotel". Would more describe it as a close-up motel.
We stayed overnight there one night between July 8-9 and immediately we were struck by the reception that gave the feeling of coming into the cash register at a workshop. Same standard - nothing that gives the impression that you have come to something inviting. Stood cardboard boxes in the middle of the aisle. Then the rooms were in another building that we had to go to. As soon as we enter, the corridor smells of exhaust and the air is heavy. We are then met by our "room" which for an idiotic reason has windows facing the corridor. Obviously, they've just converted office space into accommodation. I don't think anyone wants people in the hallway to look into your room. Then this idiotic design leads to light coming into the room from the corridor (curtains do not completely help) so it was not easy to sleep.
The room was dusty and the air became non-existent after a while. My daughter woke up in the middle of the night, crying that "she can't breathe." I feel myself then that I can barely breathe myself either. Sets in panic start AC and lets it squeeze in cold air so it is possible to others. My wife had fainting spells in the morning.
Totally unacceptable.
Breakfast was cheap with little choice and served in something like a bamba.
Then their pool was broken. Hardly surprised on this team.
What did this torture cost? 2400.
Save your money and let this hotel conquer. I strongly advise you not to live here. We got 240 SEK in compensation for that was what the staff had to give as a maximum. The owner of the hotel was on vacation. The staff did what they could - so no criticism of them.
The hotel is called Ronja is appropriate - because there are robber prices and you feel robbed afterwards.

Mediocre at best.

Not a nice area, the pool was out of order and we got zero compensation for this. Located by a railroad track and over a gym, so a hell of a life. Our room “family room” was still great clean and quite ok fresh. The restaurant was crappy, the food was barely average and it feels dated, located in a type industrial area, but very close to astrid Lindgrens world, otherwise we would never have stayed here. AC in the room.
