The staff is extremely helpful and lovable. Property is overall well maintained in an acceptable manner, however rooms lack more attentive cleaning. In general, worth the price.

Terrible

We paid over CHF 150 for one night and were honestly shocked by the condition of the room.
The room, and especially the bathroom, appeared dirty, neglected, and simply not clean. The shower hose was leaking, the shower overall gave an unhygienic impression, and the rest of the room was anything but inviting. Particularly unpleasant was the fact that there were dead cockroaches on the floor and the room smelled musty.
For this price, I do not expect a luxury hotel, but a clean, well-maintained, and hygienic room is the absolute minimum. What we experienced here was, in my view, an imposition and in no way commensurate with the price.
Especially in Switzerland, where hotels also provide many tourists with a first impression of the country, such a condition is simply embarrassing. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this hotel at all based on our experience.

The view from our balcony was amazing. However, the room was very hot and there was just a fan. Luckily the weather changed and the rain helped to cool it down. The breakfast was okay but not refilled quickly when something ran out. Could have been an unlucky circumstance due to larger travel group at the same time time. The area is very calm but still has some restaurants and a small grocery store. Enjoyed the view a lot!

Great location with the beautiful views and just next to bus stop. Breakfast was good. Beds were really small and they put two single beds together and there was a huge gaps. Windows curtains were missing on one side as it was a huge window and you can only cover the 60% of it. It was facing east so you have to wake up with the sun. Bathroom shower did not have a holder so you have to hold it to take shower. Such a beautiful place but it is not really maintained. People are travelling all over to world with very high rates and experience poor quality in this beautiful place.

Room was clean and tidy, but there were a lot of gnats. Staff were nice and friendly. The fridge in the room did not plug into the outlets in the room so essentially no refrigerator available. Overall a good place to stay and would come again.
